Responsibilities:• Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Qualifications:• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred• Ability to work independently and manage your own time• Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation: $80,000 at plan commission About Company: In our organization, we are one big family.
