$60,000 to $80,000, THE COMPANY The Integral Group was founded in 1998 by Herschel Williams, Kurt Eichelman and Chuck Bandfield. The group’s primary function is to serve as independent sales representatives for manufacturers serving the safety and industrial markets. Their outstanding lineup of manufacturers represented specialize in Industrial PPE and Industrial Safety specific products. Many of these relationships span decades. Current distributor customers consist of safety and industrial distributors, and specific O.E.M. accounts. The group’s diversified end-user customer base ranges from, but is not limited to, petrochemical processing, oil and gas exploration and production, government, power generation and distribution, food processing, communications, transportation, construction and electronics. The Integral Group offers over 100yrs of combined experience in the safety and industrial markets. THE POSITION Regional Sales Representative – Central/West Texas The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) will work out of a remote, home-based office located centrally within the territory and ideally located in San Antonio or the surrounding area. The RSR will be responsible for managing existing accounts with a focus on developing new business selling their manufacturers’ lines to distributors and end-users in the Central/West Texas territory.The RSR will be assigned a book of existing business within the territory and will be tasked with growing that existing business and developing and/or building upon new markets within the region with a focus on the: petrochemical processing, oil and gas exploration and production, government, power generation and distribution, communications, transportation, construction and electronics industries.The incoming RSR will be trained by Integral sales management and will receive ongoing training and support directly from manufacturers and their respective sales management staff. This training program will serve to educate, equip and empower the RSR with everything necessary to be successful in the role and help get them acquainted with the company culture, philosophy and business practices, ensuring a successful onboarding and longterm career with The Integral Group. Comp plan: Base Pay Target: $60,000Quarterly bonus planFringe Benefits: $.58 / mile car allowance (or current IRS rate) and all other necessary travel expensesLaptop providedISP cost reimbursedCellular cost reimbursed Required responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Learn and understand all manufacturers’ product applications to assist and train distributor salespersons.• Maintain, grow and establish a network of distributor salesmen for promotion and sales of new and existing products.• Plan and organize 2-3 day work trips for factory representatives traveling the territory.• Plan and post itinerary on ACT at least 2 mnths out noting general travel plans.• Enter and complete appointments on ACT calendar with appropriate follow-up notes.• Daily presence within the territory focusing on developing existing and establishing new distributor and end-user accounts.• Develop short and long term customer relationship plans that address effective account development as well as ‘after-sales’ support and ongoing maintenance and growth of account base.• Report regularly on marketing activities, forecasting and tangible results, focusing on sales metrics and any customer details that is important to the maintenance and growth of the territory.• Attend relevant local and regional industry networking events.• Meet and exceed manufacturer’s sales expectations.Be honest• Conduct one’s self in a manner which would bring credit to the group.• Physical demands: Must be able to lift 50lbs. generally involving the carrying of samples and literature.• Location: Centrally located to the business environment• Automobile: Must have current model car, truck, van or SUV. Mileage will be reimbursed at the allowable IRS rate. A business mileage log must be provided for reimbursement.• The applicant must be able to pass drug and experience testing.
