A company is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities management operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple facilities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintenance practices Oversee project management and budgeting processes for facility maintenance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices Proficiency in computer software applications related to facility management Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) are preferred
