As a Regional Area Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing sales and fostering new business opportunities in the Greater St. Paul area. You will develop and execute sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Responsibilities:• Identify and target new business opportunities within the region to drive sales growth• Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking• Present products and services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations Qualifications:• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred• Ability to work independently and manage your own time• Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career• Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines• Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire• Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission About Company: In our organization, we are one big family.
