Position Summary: The Republic of Tea is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to joining us as a Regional Account Manager - Food Service , also known as the Minister of Tea Service. In this role, you will reimagine, develop, and drive our food service business, leveraging your existing network in the food service industry to generate revenue and manage accounts. As a Minister of Tea Service, you will play a key role in accelerating individual and company performance while nurturing current relationships and creating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver dynamic conceptual sales presentations and proposals (both verbal and written plus virtual) to present to key decision makers Utilize market research and networking to mine for new business opportunities Partner with clients to customize beverage menus, creating valuable tea solutions Independently identify customer needs to deliver marketable, customized programs Demonstrate strong communication skills, enthusiasm for cold calling, and the ability to pursue innovative opportunities Bring a high level of intuitive innovation to the food service space Negotiate, budget, and provide exceptional service to clients POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Service Sales Bachelor's Degree required Prior broker and distributor management experience preferred A proven track record of sales achievement in an upscale industry Ability to efficiently work remotely with frequent business travel ; location preference would be Chicago or Washington DC metro area Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for tea and botanicals Ability to thrive in a team environment with a focus on camaraderie and long-term career growth Why Join The Republic of Tea?
