Key Responsibilities: Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems, steam generation equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, and return condensate systems. Perform both minor and major repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery. Assist in the maintenance of HVAC, wastewater, and other utility systems. Troubleshoot malfunctions, discover issues, and perform necessary repairs. Follow technical diagrams, machine manuals, and manufacturer instructions to ensure optimal system function. Complete maintenance documentation and SAP system functions. Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF regulations. Job Skills & Qualifications: Required : Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a relevant training program. Required : NJ Black Seal Boiler License (High Pressure or higher). Preferred : Experience in Electro-Mechanical systems, PSM (Process Safety Management), or related fields. Must be comfortable working in a cold environment (-20°F to 40°F) with proper PPE. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive motions, such as pinching and grasping. Capable of standing, stooping, walking, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods (up to 12 hours). Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (required). NJ Black Seal Boiler License. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, refrigeration, or a related field. Ability to work in cold environments (-20°F to 40°F) and lift up to 70 lbs. Must pass physical requirements for the job. Additional Information: $5,000 Hiring Bonus : Paid out in increments after 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.
