Your role will be:* Lay and align firebricks, gunite, castables, and refractory tile to build or repair structures or high-temperature equipment, such as cupolas, kilns, ovens, or furnaces* Tear out refractory masonry* Lay refractory bricks* Install poured castables* Install gunnable constables, shotcrete, and line with ceramic welding* Install refractory material by plastic ramming* Operate refractory pumps, gunite rigs, refractory mixers, forklifts, skid steers, etc.* Read blueprints or job specifications to be able to perform various welding tasks If this is you, come join us!* Experience with firebrick, castable, plastics, ceramics, gunite, shotcrete/pump, anchor* Welding for thermal process applications* 2+ years of construction experience* Skill in all phases of refractory construction, including gunite, pouring, ramming, pumping, ceramic fiber, and firebrick installation* Ability to travel 50% of the time with potential additional travel
