VHM Enterprises is looking for a recycling sorter to join our team. This person has the a bility to follow verbal direction, able to adapt to changing schedules or routines with a positive attitude. C crew, which is a split shift Fri & Sat, 5:30 am to 6:00 pm and Sun & Mon 5:30 pm to 6:00 am. Pay for this position starts at $15.50/hour. Responsibilities: Sort Materials – Hand-sort recyclable materials inside of gondolas and are able to sort accurately organize recycled materials. Critical Thinking – sorting the recycling can be very fast paced and you need to be able to think how to get your tasks done in the most efficient yet safe way Operate Equipment – it is a plus to know how to operate a Hilo. Not required. Other – Pick up and empty trash containers. Requirements: Must be a team player and chip in when needed to get the job done. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for an 12-hour shift. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times Must follow Health and Safety procedures.
