Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve recruitment goals Oversee the recruitment process, including lead generation and onboarding new testing centers Collaborate with the team to implement network expansion plans and manage administrative tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience Proficient in internet technologies and CRM systems like Salesforce Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience in leading and motivating a team Familiarity with sales pipeline management concepts
