The successful candidate will also lead on apprenticeships, managing the Apprenticeship Levy pot and promoting apprenticeships as a method of development for existing staff. Additionally, they will research and implement new government initiatives around youth employment and deliver the client’s youth employment offering. The Recruitment and Apprenticeship Officer will also be the lead specialist for the client in Disclosure Barring Service, providing advice to managers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process, from attraction to selection and offer stage. Provide advice and guidance to managers, staff and members on recruitment and selection. Ensure recruitment takes place in a legally compliant manner. Lead on apprenticeships, managing the Apprenticeship Levy pot and promoting apprenticeships as a method of development for existing staff. Research and implement new government initiatives around youth employment and deliver the client’s youth employment offering. Be the lead specialist for the client in Disclosure Barring Service, providing advice to managers. Requirements: Significant experience in a recruitment and selection post within a busy in-house HR team Industry related qualification Cert IHR level 3 qualification Good IT competence Proven.
