Fusion Security, a division of Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG), is looking for an individual for the role of Recruiting Administrator as we are continually growing. If you are a dynamic, enthusiastic person who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and talking to people, we want to meet you! This role will be responsible for managing the applicant screening and selection process. About Us: SSRG is one of Canada's leading security companies. We provide a portfolio of risk management and security solutions to a variety of partners and clients. Our diverse and highly qualified team members and relentless commitment to excellence provide superior results for our clients. What you will be doing : Coordinating the recruiting needs with various departments Advertising and sourcing applicants from online and other channels Creating interview questions that reflect each position Screening and interviewing candidates for current and future roles Conducting telephone, online and in-person interviews Representing the Fusion Security/ SSRG team in the recruiting and hiring process - being part of brand awareness Supporting the employee orientation program and company employee retention initiatives Providing administrative support Maintaining, updating recruiting software and producing metrics and statistics Who you are : A genuine people person with great interpersonal skills An excellent communicator (written, verbal, and listening) A multi-tasker who works effectively in a fast-paced environment An excellent relationship manager with credibility building skills A results-oriented person A strong team player with regards to business An individual who is positive, organized, and proactive in your approach to your responsibilities Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting Minimum 1 year of experience in the security field Fluent in English Proficient in Windows operating systems (Microsoft) and comfortable with web-based platforms University.
