We need a Receptionist to join our team at Doverwood Village in Hamilton, OH . $13.50 to $16.00 Per Hour You will work serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival; maintaining security and telecommunications system. You'll be responsible for: Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
