We are looking for a highly customer focused part time Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist is responsible for providing a wide variety of services to all StyleCraft team members and visitors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing calls, directing visitors, and ad hoc needs and special projects. *There are two part time shifts for this role. When applying please specify in which shift you are interested. The AM Shift is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm, with the occasional ability to cover full day shifts. The PM Shift is Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 5:30pm, with the occasional ability to cover full day shifts. Responsibilities: Open and close the office building Accurately, courteously, and professionally respond to all calls and walk in visitors. Assists with office appearance, supply inventory, mail distribution, and stocking of conference rooms Assists with special projects as needed Assists with event and meeting planning, meal orders, reservations, etc. Assists with maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, conference rooms, lobby areas etc. Special projects as assigned.
