We’re looking for an experienced and organized Receptionist to join the team at Restorative Massages & Wellness, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office and managing the reception team. You will ensure the front office runs smoothly and provide a top-notch customer service experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to use your business acumen to help grow the company and build a successful team. If you’re looking for a rewarding role with great professional growth opportunities, this is the job for you! • The position offers 1 free massage per month• Employee discount at our retail store Responsibilities:• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service ensuring their needs are met• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner• Ensure that the front desk is well stocked with office supplies and materials• Maintain and update customer databases and other administrative duties as needed• Monitor and manage customer payments, invoices, and other transactions Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or front office management in a spa setting• US Work Authorization• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects, as well as working in a fast-paced environment• Must have retail and sales experience Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: Restorative Massages & Wellness, LLC, located in Norwood, is looking to add to our highly motivated, professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented team!
