Receptionist/Customer Service Representative Admin
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in the Westwood, Massachusetts (MA) area that is seeking a Receptionist/CSR Admin.Duties: Answering main phone lines and directing all calls Assist with miscellaneous projects (mailings, labels, etc.) Greet any visitors to the office and direct them appropriately Keep current inventory of office and kitchen supplies; Order and restock as needed and maintain common areas clean and neat, including kitchen, lobby and conference rooms Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO on meetings and projects Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail through the US Postal service, FedEx and UPS, including management of sample products Maintain and update FastFax in JDE Receiving POs in JDE for Supply Chain Assisting customer service with processing credit card orders, running reports and any other tasks as assignedCRITICAL SKILLS: High-school certificate or equivalent required experience answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system Experienced in Office 365 Professional demeanor and appearance Good written and verbal communication abilities The expertise to work under pressure in a multi-faceted environment Excellent time organizational skills Self-motivated JDE background a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
