As the main contact for clients interested in property transactions in the area, your role will be pivotal. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new clients through various channels, managing customer information, setting up appointments with qualified leads for our Listing and Buyer Specialists, and overseeing leads in our client database. The ideal candidate will be driven to not only meet but surpass productivity goals, appointment targets, and revenue expectations while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:• Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline• Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling• Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle• Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents Qualifications:• Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills• Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts• Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken• Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary• Passionate about selling• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Decisive and proactive• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)• Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus• Highest level of integrity and respect for others• Proven leadership and motivational skills Compensation: $60,000+ at plan yearly About Company: CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
