Key Responsibilities Manage support queues to ensure Service Level Agreements are met Onboard and offboard agents from various tools and systems Monitor attendance and PTO to maintain required headcount Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a contact center environment 2+ years of experience in a Workforce Management role Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience in creating reports and automations Ability to analyze data and forecast workforce needs
