We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Disposition Manager & Transaction Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the disposition process of our real estate properties while coordinating and facilitating smooth transactions. Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategies and processes to maximize returns on real estate investments.• Negotiate with potential investors and buyers to secure the best deal and maximize profits.• Maintain regular communication and updates with clients, investors, and team members.• Monitor and assess the market trends and competitive environment to ensure the best pricing and terms.• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and real estate agents.• Analyze market trends and property data to determine optimal pricing strategies.• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections.• Negotiate sales contracts and manage the closing process. Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:• Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions.• Manage transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other transaction documents.• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.• Facilitate the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise during the transaction process. Qualifications:Disposition Manager:• Proven experience in a Real Estate role of at least 1 year.• Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and the disposition process.• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful sales, including negotiating deals listed on the MLS.• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property valuation methods.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Transaction Coordinator:• Previous experience as a transaction coordinator or similar role in real estate.• Familiarity with real estate transaction software and tools (e.g., Dotloop, ZipForm, etc.).• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
