Our dynamic and energetic Real Estate team is seeking an intelligent, creative, team, and detail-oriented Staging Associate to join our expanding company. We specialize in residential staging projects in the area. We create highly desirable properties that appeal to a wide range of prospective buyers, which sell quickly and for more money than the competition. Our team is ambitious, supportive, and cares about helping each other. This part-time, seasonal, position is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about Real Estate or growing into a Real Estate Sales position. Responsibilities:• Assist with staging occupied and vacant homes, including furniture placement, décor arrangement, and art selection.• Collaborate with the lead stager to implement design concepts and ensure a cohesive style.• Maintain inventory of staging furniture and accessories.• Assist with the transportation and setup of staging items. Qualifications:• Strong interest in interior design and home staging.• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Physical stamina for moving and arranging furniture.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.• Flexible availability, including weekdays and some weekends.• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
