You must be a licensed Realtor or currently enrolled in real estate classes. You’ll receive full support every step of the way, including proven training, exceptional marketing resources, and competitive commissions for your efforts. Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Buyer sales• Set buyer consultations• Execute appointments• Lead follow up• CRM• Sales scripts mastery• Set appointments Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Professional in attitude and appearance• Real estate license• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
