Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Real estate license required• Ability to learn and coachable• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Lake Forest is the home for dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top agents in SoCal.
