Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire process from listing properties to closing deals to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process in Ocala, FL, US.• Conduct consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences when it comes to finding a suitable home, then locate properties that meet their criteria.• Consistently follow up on leads to maintain a steady sales pipeline growth.• Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a quick and smooth closing process.• Actively engage in prospecting activities to generate new business and nurture leads for sales expansion.• Stay informed on the local real estate market trends to effectively address client inquiries about potential properties and the community. Qualifications:• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred in the Real Estate Sales industry in Ocala, FL, US.• Effective communication skills are vital for interactions with clients and colleagues.• We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can steer their own success in this position.• Collaboration and teamwork are essential for working with other agents and support staff.• A strong willingness to expand knowledge and skills in the real estate market is a fundamental requirement.• Proficiency in utilizing technology for daily tasks is crucial for the ideal candidate.• A competitive drive is necessary to excel in the dynamic sales environment.• Problem-solving skills are imperative for overcoming challenges and providing solutions for clients.• Consistent work ethic and performance are highly valued in this role.• Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow through coaching are key qualities we are looking for.• Flexibility towards light travel is necessary to fulfill the job requirements.
