Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Present yourself in a professional manner• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• A real estate license is required • Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000+ at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
