Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $130,000 at plan yearly About Company: Marriott Realty Group is a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate firm founded by industry veteran Anthony Marriott.
