Responsibilities: • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $59,000 commission based About Company: At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
