Responsibilities:• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Lead follow up• Execute consultations• Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications:• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• A real estate license is required or in the process of getting one Compensation: $75,000 - $180,000 yearly About Company: At Keller Williams Irvine, we’re more than just a brokerage – we're a powerhouse of opportunity, growth, and success!
