You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. New to real estate? No problem. Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Lake Forest is the home for dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top agents in SoCal.
