We’re looking for an ambitious and professional Real Estate Sales Buyer’s Agent to join our team in an exciting opportunity! Your role will involve generating leads, working with potential homebuyers, and diligently following up to close deals. Ideal candidates are experienced, driven sales professionals eager to advance their careers with attractive commission potential. Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams San Diego East Foothills is one of San Diego's most collaborative offices.
