We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to help convert our massive amount of qualified leads to closed deals! You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experienceArrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate marketSeek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budgetFollow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leadsCoordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Create clients through lead conversion and lead follow up; this will happen on a regular basis with training, help from our team and collective motivational sessions. You bring the energy and the follow up and we will provide you with enough leads to ensure you are never bored and you have plenty of sales opportunities!• Once pandemic restrictions fully lift, lead highly performing open houses at least once per week; this includes activities before and after the actual open house. • Participate in powerful networking events at least once per month; identify where in your community you are involved and be mindful of that involvement to create business opportunities. • Recruit and participate in our monthly Home Buyer’s Workshops. • Assist clients through all aspects of the home buying and home selling process, from contract to close.• Collaborate with the real estate group to maintain an extremely high level of customer service for clients; the client is always right.
