You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Open houses• Hunt for buyer leads• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed • Close sales• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
