This is a full-time plus, 3 or more years experience required, commission-only position Compensation: $200,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: --- Social Media / Video --- Daily time blocking and effective time management --- Daily written gratitude journal and 25 affirmations --- Daily handwritten personal notes --- Willing and able to prospect daily building your sphere of influence --- Commitment to excellence in all aspects of marketing, branding, and procedure Qualifications: --- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, closing at least 10 real estate escrows --- Should be self-motivated and capable of efficiently working independently --- Proficiency in using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies is required --- Must prioritize providing the best client experience with a customer-advocate mindset --- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential --- Enthusiastic about daily discipline, accountability, role-playing, scripting, and time management --- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must --- Exceptional phone skills with the ability to effectively set and close appointments over the phone --- Quick thinker and adept problem-solver About Company: LUXURYSOCALREALTY - COMPASS La Jolla is synonymous with the coastal San Diego real estate luxury market.
