We are looking for a consistent, proactive, and detail-oriented Trainer Virtual Assistant. As a Trainer VA, your main responsibility will be to oversee the training of new hires, including agents and virtual assistants. This includes managing onboarding, developing training materials, recording sessions, and conducting regular training sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our team. Responsibilities:• Manage the onboarding and training process for new hires, including agents and virtual assistants.• Develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and resources.• Conduct virtual training sessions and record training materials for future reference.• Monitor trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.• Stay updated with training best practices and industry trends. Qualifications:• Previous experience in training and development.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and platforms.• Ability to create comprehensive training materials and manuals.• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.• Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.• Stable internet connection (preferably 50+ Mbps).• Noise-canceling headset.• Work on EST timezone.• Comfortable on screen sharing during shift.
