Responsibilities:• Generate leads to expand the client base in Long Beach, CA, US• Attend training sessions aimed at sharpening skills and knowledge• Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are secured with a listing or buyer's agent• Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to ensure brand retention• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company goals• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into clients• Utilize CRM tools to update and manage customer information for the agents efficiently• Efficiently schedule appointments to maximize productivity• Conduct appointments effectively to showcase properties and services• Hone the art of sales communication to engage effectively with clients Qualifications:• To be eligible for the Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee position in Long Beach, CA, US, applicants are required to hold a valid Real Estate License• Prior sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration for this role• Strong communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with clients and team members• The position offers a commission-based structure tailored for individuals with drive and motivation• A valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement for this opportunity in Long Beach, CA, US.
