We are seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our thriving team! The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently. If you’re an enthusiastic, perceptive individual who’s eager to make an impact in the lives of others and aspires to build a career around the creation and cultivation of meaningful relationships, our dynamic, customer-oriented position is perfect for you! Responsibilities: • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts• Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal• Explain the requirements for potential tenants• Review the rental application process with potential tenants• Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• A proven record of sales experience and success• Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems• Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission About Company: We are the number one Century 21 firm in Pennsylvania, with 11 locations serving PA and NJ.
