The ideal property manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents and vendors. This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, and is detail-oriented. Prior experience in property management is a bonus. Responsibilities: • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes• Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met• Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction• Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly Qualifications: • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred• High School Diploma or GED required• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Compensation: $60,000 yearly About Company: KW Commercial was established in 1983 and is one of the leading Real Estate firms in the United States.
