If this sounds like you, start your application today!Responsibilities Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenantsQualifications Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Property Management A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity Professional Appearance Ability to work very hard A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility Strong attention to detail and organization This is not an on-site position Ability to manage properties throughout San Diego County Must have own vehicle.
