The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing• Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process• Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly• Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth• Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner• Respond to and follow up on tenant maintenance requests Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person• Past sales experience is preferred• Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends• High School Diploma or equivalent• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Compensation: $31,500 - $45,000 yearly About Company: We are the number one Century 21 firm in Pennsylvania, with 11 locations serving PA and NJ.
