Our client, a large firm with 11 national locations, offers their professional staff the opportunity to take their careers as far as they can envision. We are seeking a Paralegal for our client's Los Angeles office to provide support to real estate attorneys on legal matters from commencement to resolution. Duties Participate in all aspects of title, survey, zoning and ancillary diligence matters. Facilitate real estate acquisition, disposition and financing closings. Order and review UCC lien searches and handle financing statement filings. Assist attorneys in the drafting, reviewing and proofing of various closing documents for sales, loans, exchanges, and other real estate matters. Prepare post-transaction closing binders. Prepare corporate/company and partnership organizational documents and implement requisite state filings and obtain requisite secretary of state certificates. Prepare lease documents, transfer documents and general corporate documents. Work directly with attorneys and clients in connection with the foregoing. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, with degree in management/human resources desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with focus on real estate
