Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Database and CRM Mastery• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken• Driven to succeed in sales and in life• A real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
