Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion• Team and DB lead generation• Lead follow up• Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Passionate about selling• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills• Real estate license required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000+ at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
