About the Position We're growing like crazy and looking for a solutions-oriented, energetic, and driven Onboarding Specialist to join the Customer Success team at our Woodland Hills, CA office. Success for this applicant means getting our listings live as soon as possible while delighting our customers. This individual is a quick thinker, learns fast, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Be responsible for onboarding new real estate listings and getting them live on the market promptly according to our service levels Submit work orders with vendors, build advertising content, complete data entry using an internal database and web tools, Identify and obtain documents and disclosures to complete the onboarding process QA and confirm live the real estate listings on REX web siteand other platforms Collaborate and communicate closely with Listing Team and help support REX customers behind the scenes Follow through and display excellent customer service Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues Bring efficiencies to our processes, take initiative and think of solutions for problems that you may encounter ...learn, work hard, and have fun! Background & Requirements Can easily manage multiple tasks in a well-organized, and highly detailed manner while working in a fast-paced, perpetually evolving, process-driven environment (this role is not for the disorganized) Loves data and solving problems Effective communication expertise (both written and oral) with the expertise to build solid relationships with vendors and internal teams to provide excellent customer service Familiar with managing priorities through checklists, action plans, systems and procedures Obsesses over completing checklists successfully and thoroughly 1-two years background in a high-volume order fulfillment role Previous background with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus Real Estate license a plus but not required Compensation and Benefits: REX offers an attractive salary and health benefits with an equity stake in this fast-growing tech company.Annual Bonus + Stock Options + Paid Time Off Additional Details As a pioneer in our industry, REX is setting new standards in the marketplace – for quality, innovation, integrity, professionalism, drive, consumer happiness, and social good.
