The position offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.Location:Lewes, DEDuties:Represent clients in real estate transactions, including residential and commercial deals.Handle land use matters and ensure compliance with zoning ordinances and local regulations.Advise clients on Delaware real estate laws and procedures.Manage litigation cases related to real estate and land use disputes.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Provide legal counsel for clients across Sussex, Kent, and New Castle counties in Delaware.Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active admission to the Delaware State Bar and in good standing.1-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions.Familiarity with Delaware zoning ordinances and land use regulations.Prior experience handling litigation cases.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.Certifications:Active license to practice law in Delaware.Skills:Expertise in real estate law and land use regulations.Strong litigation experience.Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting.Excellent research and analytical abilities.Effective interpersonal and client management skills.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Life insurance.Paid time off (PTO).
