This position is ideal for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate litigation, looking to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Duties:Handle all aspects of real estate litigation, including case management, motion practice, and depositions.Provide legal advice and representation in landlord-tenant disputes and fair housing defense.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality written materials.Collaborate with team members to develop effective litigation strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in commercial and/or residential real estate litigation.Strong background in file management and litigation processes.Experience in landlord-tenant litigation and fair housing is preferred.Current licensure to practice law in the State of California.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Active member of the California State Bar.Skills:Excellent advocacy, analytical, and writing skills.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits:Health insurance with optional Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).Short-term and long-term disability insurance.Dental and vision coverage.Life insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Generous vacation and sick leave policies.Parking and public transportation allowances.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
