Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Close listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office• Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
