We are looking for a talented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will actively pursue new properties and build strong relationships with buyers to successfully sell these properties. You must be results-driven, strategic, and skilled at connecting with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required for this position, and team sales and lead generation play a significant role in this commission-based opportunity. Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live in within the greater Detroit or surrounding areas Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 at plan About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
