We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist or someone who wants to grow in this arena. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of someone looking to grow in acquisitions. We provide the tools, support, and training for someone to perform at the highest level. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Follow the team plan• Set appointments• Close sales• Sales talk• Execute appointments Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• A real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000+ at plan commissions About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
