As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for supporting all additional team members to ensure all tasks of the team's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. Responsibilities:• Assist with business analysis and research assignments • Support systems for sellers, buyers, renters, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support• Assist with all team operations and assist the operations manager with daily tasks• Keep the lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled • Bring new ideas to the table on how to improve the team’s current processes and systems Qualifications:• Microsoft Word and Excel• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities• Great ability to focus• Concerned about doing things the right way• Calm under pressure learning-based• Service-based attitude• Proven ability to succeed• Current college student Compensation: $16 - $25 hourly About Company: MVMT Exp NYC is a dynamic and forward-thinking real estate company based in New York City.
