Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Qualifications:• NO real estate experience needed• Must fit into Mission Realty culture• Passionate confidence on the phone• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• Patience• Fun-loving• Humble• Hungry• Smart• Hard-working• Compassionate• Personable• Resilient• Energetic• Intelligent• Flexible• Ambitious• MUST obtain your Virginia real estate license for employment (within 6 months of employment) Compensation: $24,000 yearly About Company: Mission Realty is a well-established company with 19 years of experience in the real estate industry.
