As an agent focused on flip home sales, you will identify flip opportunities while ensuring a positive home-buying experience by assessing client needs, assisting them in buying or selling, and guiding them through the process. The ideal candidate will enjoy building rapport with customers and fostering trustworthy relationships with developers and builders while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:• Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction• Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals• Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career• Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely• Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals• New home developer lead follow-up• New home builder lead generation• Database• CRM Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems• Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships• Past sales experience is preferred• Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred• Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Lake Forest is the home for dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top agents in SoCal.
