As a flip home sales focused agent, you will find flip opportunities while also providing a great home buying experience by determining client needs, helping them buy or sell, and walking them through the process. The ideal candidate must enjoy creating rapport with customers, building trustworthy relationships with developers and builders while providing excellent service. Responsibilities: • Represent builder and company in a professional manner to potential clients and industry professionals to project the values of our team and quality of our work• Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals• Explain new home features and community amenities to potential buyers that match their needs and budget• Have an always learning mindset that enables you to grow with a supportive team• Staff new home community 5 days a week to ensure convenient touring times for potential buyers• Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals• Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career• Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely• Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals• New home developer lead generation• New home builder lead generation• Database• CRM• Relentless general lead follow-up• Execute appointments Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred• A proven track record of sales and success• Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies• Commission opportunity• Good communication• A proven track record of sales and success Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
